At House of Glam, we are committed to delivering your order with care and attention. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase for items that are in stock.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Please note that processing times may vary during collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Pre-Orders
Some House of Glam pieces are offered as pre-order in order to maintain exclusivity and avoid unnecessary overproduction.
When you place a pre-order, your garment is reserved and prepared specifically for you.
Pre-orders typically require 2–3 weeks before shipment.
Most pre-orders are completed within this timeframe, however slight delays may occasionally occur due to production or high demand.
Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–8 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
From time to time, House of Glam may offer complimentary shipping promotions.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
House of Glam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, House of Glam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
