Return & Refund Policy

At House of Glam, we take pride in offering carefully curated pieces designed for special moments. To maintain the integrity and quality of our garments, we have established the following return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• With all original packaging

• With the security return tag still attached

Security Tag Policy

All House of Glam garments are delivered with a security return tag attached.

This tag is designed to prevent wear-and-return abuse.

If the security tag has been removed, cut, damaged, or altered, the item will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Once the security tag is removed, the item is considered final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items worn or damaged after delivery

• Items without the original security tag attached

• Final sale or discounted items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.
